Premium Member UK Visa Support Contest

This contest is exclusively for UK visa applications and is designed to support long-term Premium members with eligible immigration costs.

Contest Schedule

  • The contest runs once every 6 months
  • One winner per contest period
  • Prize: £500 or £1,000 (announced at launch)

Prize Details (UK Visa Only)

Contribution towards UK visa costs only. Not cash; cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged. Paid directly to a UK-regulated solicitor/adviser or UKVI.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be an active Premium subscriber
  • Have held a continuous Premium subscription for at least 3 months prior to the contest end date
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be applying for, extending, switching, or renewing a UK visa
  • Hold an account in good standing
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information when requested

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in disqualification.

Ineligible Participants

  • Free, trial, paused, or refunded subscription users
  • Users whose Premium subscription was not continuous during the qualifying period
  • Employees, contractors, advisors, or partners of Visa Route Diary
  • Users engaging in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the contest or app systems

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries. The decision of Visa Route Diary is final and binding.

Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification and must respond within 14 days. Winners may be required to provide proof of UK visa application intent, solicitor/adviser details, and supporting documentation.

  • The prize does not guarantee UK visa approval
  • Visa Route Diary does not influence Home Office or UKVI decisions
  • The prize is a contribution only; winners are responsible for any remaining costs
  • Visa Route Diary is not a legal representative unless explicitly stated

Verification & Enforcement

Visa Route Diary reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse/revoke the prize if false information is provided, and disqualify users in breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or third-party errors; technical failures; or force majeure. Liability is limited to the value of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, Governing Law & Acceptance

Visa Route Diary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time and to update these Terms with immediate effect upon publication in the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
